How Firm a Foundation: The Hesston College Bel Canto Singers and the Bethel College Concert Choir will present a collaborative concert event this evening at 7 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 17, here at Tabor, in the new Fellowship Hall!! The program, "How Firm a Foundation" will feature the choirs individually and combined, and will also include the Tabor Church choir and hymn singing with the audience. Bringing these two choirs together for a concert is a dream come true for their directors, and it will be a very special evening indeed. The concert is free and open to the public. An offering will be collected for the Tabor Mennonite Church fellowship hall building fund.

Building Dedication: We are tentatively planning to have a Building Dedication Service on Sunday, June 30, 2019. We hope that everyone can attend this celebration! Please check your calendars and let church staff know if there are major conflicts with this date.
The annual Camp Washunga fundraiser meal is coming up! Join us at the Goessel High School cafeteria on March 3 for a delicious meal of lasagna, salad, green beans, bread and dessert. Cost of the meal is by donation and we will begin serving at 11:30 am. Thanks for your support!
A membership meal is being planned for Sunday, April 7, from 12-3 pm. Please let a pastor know by the end of March if you are interested in joining Tabor as a member.
Acts Reading Challenge: There’s still time to take on this challenge! If you read through all of Acts in one sitting or at least over the course of 1 week, not only will you receive treasure in heaven, but if you let Pastor Phil know that you have completed the challenge, he will give you an organic, fairly traded chocolate bar! This challenge is for all ages. Younger children may choose to read (or have their parents read to them) all of the Acts stories in the Shine Story Bible to complete the challenge. If you really want a challenge, compete for the grand prize by reading through Acts multiple times in multiple translations! May God challenge and inspire us through the reading of the Word.

Rescheduled: On February 24, the Alexanderwohl peace committee invites you to our dessert potluck at 7:00 pm. Our speakers will have an environmental focus. Sarah Balzer, a junior at Bethel College, won the national C. Henry Smith Oration Contest. She will share her speech on how plastics create many environmental justice issues, and invite questions/discussion. Maynard Knepp will then share how the MCC Center works with recycling, and their dreams for expanding it. Everyone is invited to attend — bring your favorite dessert to share.
Blood Drive: Each year in Feb. we focus on love and one way you can show you care and use your heart on Mon. Feb. 25 is to donate blood between 1:00-6:00 at Goessel Church or volunteer for an hour at the drive. Reserve a time at redcrossblood.org or sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board.

Women’s Retreat at RMMC: Plan to attend the new Women’s Retreat at Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp, March 15-17. Retreat, hike, explore, rest, fellowship, laugh, and so much more. This weekend is geared towards women ages 18 and older. The worship sessions will be led by Anita Amstutz. Hesston College: Recounting the tender, dynamic and familiar story of the parent-child relationship, Hesston College Theatre will present five performances of the musical Big Fish, Feb. 27 to March 3, in the Keim Center Black Box Theatre. Show times are at 7 p.m., Feb. 27 to March 2, and 2 p.m., on Sunday, March 3. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended as seating is limited.
